Hospice Savannah welcomes and encourages gifts of real estate as they can significantly enhance delivery of community programs and provide substantial tax benefits for donors. Most real estate gifts are sold and the proceeds are invested in areas or programs designated by the donor.

Although most gifts are given outright, many fund trusts that pay income to the donor or other beneficiaries designated by the donor.
