FULL CIRCLE GRIEF AND LOSS CENTER
Grief is an experience that each and every one of us will encounter. The Full Circle Grief and Loss Center offers various programs to support the grief journey of Hospice Savannah families and of the community at large.
The Full Circle Grief and Loss Center is a safe place for individuals of any age to find support. It is a place to rest, be reassured, and rejuvenated.
The Full Circle Grief and Loss Center is also a place for those working with bereaved individuals to find support, education and develop professional liaisons.
We offer special programs at the Center, located on Seawright Dr., and also provide outreach to schools and agencies and communities of faith throughout the seven counties we serve. We realize that individual needs vary and offer support in many traditional and non-traditional ways.
One of the non-traditional ways the Center serves children is Camp Aloha.
Each May, Hospice Savannah hosts a weekend overnight grief camp for children ages 6-18. Trained volunteers and professionals come together to provide a weekend of therapeutic fun and group processes to help children grieve more effectively.
The Grief and Loss Center provides both informational seminars and professional development training on grief and loss for school heatlh care professionals, corporations and community resource providers. |
