Friends of Hospice Savannah are warmly encouraged to host or co-host a
Summer Nights party
between Memorial Day and Labor Day, 2013
Small or large, casual or formal, picnic or low country boil,
cocktails or beer tasting... It’s up to you...
We know you are going to have a party this summer anyway!
What do parties support? Donations support the community funded services offered by not for profit Hospice Savannah, Inc. These include individual or group bereavement counseling for any child, teen or adult in our community; an overnight children’s grief camp; the complementary therapies of story keeping, massage therapy and music therapy; Pet Peace of Mind© which allows patients and their beloved pets to stay together; and much more.
Guests will receive a letter from our Foundation thanking them for their tax-deductible donation. Hosts will receive a letter from our Foundation thanking them for their gift-in-kind donation. As an additional thank you, a local florist will donate an arrangement for your party.
What if I’m not comfortable asking my guests for donations? You don’t have to! Donation cards will be inserted inside your guests’ invitations. They can be sent privately to Hospice Savannah in the return envelope. Our Foundation will track how much your party raises in total.
How do I get printed invitations? Invitations will be provided to you at our appreciation event at Local 11Ten; or we are happy to complete them and mail them for you.
What if I have more questions? Our Annual Giving Specialist, Happy McCullough is here to help you! She can be reached at 912.629.1027 or hmccullough@HospiceSavannah.org
