Controller

REQUIREMENTS: The controller position is responsible for all aspects of the accounting function. This includes but is not limited to managing the accounting department personnel, preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, budgeting, cost reporting, managing and providing data for audits and backing up the payroll function. The position reports to the VP of Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and at least five years experience in all aspects of accounting. Non-Profit Healthcare experience is a plus. Must have excellent analytical and communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel.
