Who is eligible for Hospice Savannah care?

Hospice Savannah is for all age groups during their final stages of life, including children, adults, and the elderly. Our goal is to care for you and your family if you have a life-limiting illness and are seeking comfort care. The type of life-limiting illness does not matter.
We serve people living with:

1. AIDS  
2. ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis)
3. Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia
4. Cancer
5. Cirrhosis and other Liver Diseases
6. COPD and other Lung Diseases
7. Heart Disease
8. Infant Congenital Disorders
9. Multiple Sclerosis
10. Renal (Kidney) Disease
11. Stroke or Coma
12. Any other life-limiting illness

No one is refused hospice services on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, sex, ethnic background, sexual orientation, type of illness, ancestry, handicap or financial resources.
