“Grief and the Holidays”

This 90-minute class will help prepare you for the grief that may be triggered as  you enter into the holiday season. Full Circle bereavement counselor Betsy will give you tools to cope with your feelings and offer practical suggestions for how to cope with your own or with others’ expectations of how to acknowledge the holidays.

This class is offered as a community service of Hospice Savannah and there is no charge to attend.
