You are invited to join us in raising support for our local caregivers by joining us for a yoga class at Service Brewing!

A caregiver is someone who provides care to another person who is elderly, ill, or disabled. Family caregivers receive little training on how to deliver complicated care. Not surprisingly, research shows that family caregivers are at increased risk for health, emotional, financial, and work-related problems. Hospice Savannah’s Edel Caregiver Institute is your community’s resource for hands-on training and support for family caregivers.
Doors open at 11:30 am
Class begins at 12:00 pm
Raffle Drawing at 2:00 pm
**Bring your yoga mat, a hand towel, water bottle.
$30 per person paid in advance (includes a shirt, complimentary beer or non-alcoholic drink)
