Yoga and Meditation for Caregivers

The aim of this class is to help caregivers develop tools to more effectively manage stress. These tools will include breath work, meditation, and yoga postures. The class includes seated meditation and relaxation, breath work, gentle yoga poses, along with brief check-in and closing conversation.
No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required. Dress to move and stretch. (Go to calendar)
This class requires membership of the Edel Caregiver Institute.
