In response to feedback from our community, Hospice Savannah is moving our clinic location into the historic district, to be more convenient and accessible for a greater number of citizens. Our NEW LOCATION will be at the Savannah Civic Center, located at 301 W. Oglethorpe Avenue.
Our next FIRST DOSE community vaccine clinics will be held on Wednesday, April 14th and Thursday, April 15th at OUR NEW LOCATION inside the Savannah Civic Center.
These clinics will be open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday, April 14th and Thursday, April 15th.

VACCINATIONS FOR HOMEBOUND PATIENTS
If your loved one is unable to attend a COVID-19 vaccination clinic, Hospice Savannah has a team of nurses helping to get the COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson (one shot) vaccination to those in the community that are homebound.
If your loved one is over the age of 18, in need of a COVID-19 vaccination and would benefit from a home visit, please complete our registration form BY CLICKING HERE and a Hospice Savannah administrator will be in touch with you directly.
Beginning on Thursday, March 25th, all Georgians age 16 and older are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of health condition or occupation.
NOTE FOR INDIVIDUALS aged 16 and 17: Anyone under age 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a vaccination. The Pfizer vaccine is the ONLY vaccine currently authorized for ages 16 and older. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are ONLY authorized for ages 18 and up.
