In response to feedback from our community, Hospice Savannah is now offering the Moderna vaccine at our clinic located in the Savannah Civic Center to be more convenient and accessible for a greater number of citizens.
The Savannah Civic Center is located at 301 W. Oglethorpe Avenue in Savannah’s historic district.
Community vaccine clinics will be held on Thursdays until May 20th inside the Savannah Civic Center.
We offer the Moderna vaccine, this particular vaccine is only authorized for ages 18 and up.
Vaccine clinics will be open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
APPOINTMENTS ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED.

A Johnson & Johnson clinic will be held at the Savannah Civic Center on Thursday, May 6th. This particular vaccine is only authorized for ages 18 and up. Appointments will be open from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

VACCINATIONS FOR HOMEBOUND PATIENTS
If your loved one is unable to attend a COVID-19 vaccination clinic, Hospice Savannah has a team of nurses helping to get the COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson (one shot) vaccination to those in the community that are homebound.
If your loved one is over the age of 18, in need of a COVID-19 vaccination and would benefit from a home visit, please complete our registration form BY CLICKING HERE and a Hospice Savannah administrator will be in touch with you directly.
Beginning on Thursday, March 25th, all Georgians age 16 and older are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of health condition or occupation.
You will be asked to show your Driver’s License or State issued ID and will need an email address.
