I am also happy to announce our very own Carole Tutan – a wonderfully dedicated Hospice Inpatient Unit (HIPU) volunteer – has been selected as the State winner in the Home Instead Senior Care’s “Salute to Senior Service” competition. Carole has won a $500 donation to her favorite non-profit (I wonder which one that may be?!) and is now entered in the national competition to win $5,000 for her favorite charity. I invite you to join me in congratulating Carole on Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the living room at Hospice Inpatient Unit (HIPU) when she will be presented with her $500 check by Rachel Carson, the franchise owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Savannah.
